一、教授/研究員
崗位條件：
在相關學術領域取得了同行專家認可的科研、技術等成果，具有廣闊的學術視野和創新思維，有成為該領域學術帶頭人或杰出人才的發展潛力，原則上不超過40周歲。聘期內考核目標明確，具體標準可與學院聯系人咨詢。

①全口徑工資50+萬/年(不含科研績效);

Job Requirements

在國內外知名大學取得博士學位不超過3年，身體健康，具有嚴謹的科學態度和團隊協作精神，扎實的研究基礎和較強的科研能力，原則上不超過30周歲。聘期3年，考核目標明確，具體標準可與學院聯系人咨詢。

①全口徑工資25-30+萬/年(不含科研提成和團隊績效);
②出站后，留連工作并認定為大連市青年才俊，可申請安家費30萬*;
③出站后，留連工作并認定為“興遼英才計劃-博士后”，可獲30萬獎勵*。
④優秀博士后出站推薦申請大連理工大學助理教授或副教授，可獲安家費50-100萬*;
